Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain their condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
